About the ministry
Faithful ministry without the production.
Steven Livingston is a musical evangelist with approximately 15 years of ministry experience as a deacon, trustee, song leader, music minister, preacher, and evangelist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from the Baptist College of America.
His desire is straightforward: faithfully minister the Word of God, encourage the local church, support pastors, and point people to Jesus Christ.

Refined By Grace Ministries is the work of a husband-and-wife ministry team committed to serving Christ and supporting the local church. Steven leads through Bible preaching, evangelism, and Christ-centered music. Michelle supports the ministry behind the scenes through communication, planning, outreach materials, and practical help for churches.
Together, they want churches of every size to know they are seen, valued, and worth serving. Their purpose is not to bring a production. It is to be useful to pastors, encourage God’s people, and point others to Jesus Christ.

We believe the King James Bible is the inspired, preserved, and authoritative Word of God.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, born of a virgin, crucified for our sins, bodily risen, and coming again.

We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, apart from human works.

We believe the local church is God’s chosen body for worship, discipleship, fellowship, and carrying the gospel into the world.

We minister on a love-offering basis. A church can begin the conversation without worrying that attendance or budget size makes it unqualified.
